SHIPPING / CLICK & COLLECT POLICY
We have a system in place to ensure all orders are shipped as soon as possible.
After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that the payment has gone through.
Our customer’s service team will then fulfil the order, If you place an order outside of business hours it will be processed when we return the next day.
You will receive confirmation and tracking information in the next email from our team and your order is on its way.
Bulky items could have changes. We suggest contacting the sales team for an estimate on bulkier items due to the variable cost of transportation.

CLICK & COLLECT
On collection you will need to provide your drivers license and credit card the item was purchased with. If this can not be supplied on collection, the product will not be released.
If someone else is collecting the item for you, you will need to provide their full name, drivers license number & order details.
