SHIPPING / CLICK & COLLECT POLICY
We have a system in place to ensure all orders are shipped as soon as possible.
After placing an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that the payment has gone through.
Our customer’s service team will then fulfil the order. If you place an order outside of business hours, it will be processed when we return the next day.
You will receive confirmation and tracking information in the next email from our team, and your order is on its way.
Bulky items could have charges. We recommend contacting the sales team for an estimate on bulkier items, as the transportation cost varies.

CLICK & COLLECT
On collection, you will need to provide your driver’s license and the credit card with which the item was purchased. If this can not be supplied on collection, the product will not be released. Â
If someone else is collecting the item for you, you will need to provide their full name, driver’s license number & order details.
FREE POSTAGE
Free postage will be applied to orders over $100. Please note that some products are classed as bulky and we can not offer free freight on those particular products. A few examples of Bulky items ( tents, swags, ice boxes, fishing rods, BBQs, camp furniture, Kayaks).
