Raid Scratch Switchbait Lure
$54.99
Like the name says, the SWITCHBAIT SCRATCH can switch between actions just like the best switch-hitter. When searching wide for fish, a simple retrieve will create strong ripples just like a wake bait and lure fish out from a distance. For pinpoint fishing, rod work will impart a table turn of over 180 degrees and get those monsters out from under.
Raid Scratch Switchbait
Like the name says, the SWITCHBAIT SCRATCH can switch between actions just like the best switch-hitter. When searching wide for fish, a simple retrieve will create strong ripples, just like a wake bait, and lure fish out from a distance. For pinpoint fishing, rod work will impart a table turn of over 180 degrees and get those monsters out from under.
The distinct cup around its gills makes a splash and popping sound on turns for a natural hitting design.
Compared to standard plugs, the SCRATCH has thick inner walls. This evenly distributed center of gravity allows a soft landing that makes fish notice and pushes water effectively, like a wooden plug for attracting fish underneath with a bigger presence than it appears. The SCRATCH is a versatile, dynamic, yet delicate top water plug that will get lunkers to charge the surface. Take your top-water game to the next level.
The SCRATCH can be used on M~MH tackle, which makes it very versatile. Add it to your tackle box and feel the impact in numerous situations.
※ performs well with fluorocarbon line, but a good floating PE or thick nylon line is recommended for the SCRATCH to perform at peak levels.
※ The SCRATCH has a durable lip constructed with t=1mm glass epoxy and thick inner walls that make it highly shock-resistant on miscasts. However, please do know that miscasts can bend the eye bolt or tail propeller.
※ When the rear hook is removed, the SCRATCH will make even greater turns as if a joint has been taken off. A rear hook-less setting is recommended for casting around overhangs and bushes and attacking small spots like reeds very slowly. Because there is no rear hook, castability and slip-through ability in tight covers improve dramatically. The rear hook-less setting is effective in catching those monsters lurking deep in cover and in reed pockets, previously only reachable with worms and frogs.
